This tub loading system is designed to unpack tubs from plastic hollow boxes and feed them to downstream systems such as inspection machines, filling machines or assembly systems.
The system depalletizes and opens the hollow chamber boxes, removes the tubs and feeds them to the outfeed conveyor. The completely emptied hollow chamber box is deposited in individual flat parts of a disposal box. Foam or plastic intermediate layers are also fed separately to the corresponding disposal boxes according to the material.
Different box heights can be processed without mechanical format changes.
The empty pallets are stacked for removal. Both the feeding of the full pallets and the removal of the empty pallet stacks can be carried out by AGVs.
